Our Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or change your stay, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date.  This provides us with enough time to hopefully re-sell your room.  There is a $20 cancellation fee per room.  If you need to cancel or change within the 14 day period,  you are responsible for the entire stay.  However, we will make every attempt to re-rent your room.
