PV Mall Park & Site Improvements

Paradise Valley, AZ 2024

This project included the development of a central park with streetscape improvements consisting of new landscaping, new streetscape activity areas, decorative paving, street trees, an open space area, stage area, and parking.

Maricopa Lakes Park

Maricopa, AZ 2023

The project scope included clearing and grubbing, cut and fill, the construction of a new restroom and concessions building, two baseball fields with fencing and sports lighting, concrete plazas and walkways, a parking lot, retention basins, site lighting, and ramadas.

Lehi Loop Shared Pathway

Mesa, AZ 2024

Construction of a 2.3-mile asphalt trail and a decomposed granite equestrian trail, with solar-powered light poles installed throughout. Additional work involved the installation of eco-counters, sidewalks, Reinforced Concrete Pipe (RGRCP) drainage systems, and rip-rap for erosion control. The existing millings along the SRP canal bank were removed, and landscape restoration was carried out to restore the area to its natural state.

Pecos & Power Waterline

Gilbert, AZ

This project included the partial reconstruction of the intersection of Pecos Road and Power Road, including 4,000 LF of 16” DIP transmission main. Key elements of this project included coordination with Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) to jack and bore utilities under the UPRR, flagging, reconstruction of roadway adjacent to the tracks, and daily safety coordination. Extensive stakeholder coordination was a major component.

ASU Student Services Building Financial Aid Office

Tempe, AZ 2019

This project involved the renovation of 17,460 SF across the first and second floors of the occupied Student Services Building at ASU’s Tempe Campus. Delivered using a phased approach, work was carefully sequenced to maintain building operations while completing critical upgrades. Pre-construction efforts included constructability reviews, value engineering, and detailed cost estimation to align with budgetary goals. The first floor underwent a tenant improvement for the Admissions Office, while the second floor received a full renovation of the Financial Aid Office. Upgrades included new mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems integrated with the existing infrastructure. The project team collaborated with ASU stakeholders and the commissioning provider to ensure all systems were optimized post-construction. Enhancements included conference rooms, private offices, break rooms, open office space, enclaves, and a modernized lobby. Additionally, space planning efforts expanded the second floor to incorporate an adjacent corridor, while first-floor modifications created additional student-focused enclaves.

Gene Autry Pickleball Improvements

Mesa, AZ 2023

This project included the addition of 8 new pickleball courts including demolition, grading, 4” of compacted AB base rock, post-tensioned concrete playing surfaces, coatings, striping, court furnishings, site furnishings, fencing, site concrete, shade structures, appurtenances, and lighting.
