Since our cultural reboot in 2017, we’ve established a set of 31 Fundamental Behaviors that guide our daily actions and decisions. Each week, we highlight one behavior in meetings and in our company-wide huddle, keeping our values in focus.
With appropriate respect for confidentiality, share information freely. Learn to ask yourself, “Who else needs to know this?” Information is one of our greatest assets. Find it, share it, and use it.
Haydon was established on a foundation of grit. Gary Haydon built this organization despite hardships and adversities. His resilience, tenacity, and passion for construction inspires us every day. Construction is a tough industry; grit is a necessity.
We find creative, quality solutions to achieve operational excellence. Where there is no path, Haydon builds its own. When there’s no known solution, we find a way.
We stand shoulder to shoulder in support and protection of the people next to us in the trench, in the field, in the office. We stand together, with humility, respect and commitment to our peers and partners.
