Since our cultural reboot in 2017, we’ve established a set of 31 Fundamental Behaviors that guide our daily actions and decisions. Each week, we highlight one behavior in meetings and in our company-wide huddle, keeping our values in focus.

An extensive on-boarding process is implemented for various positions. A typical welcome week can entail a built out schedule featuring, orientation, training sessions, jobsite shadow opportunities and lunches with essential team members. We build community by taking time to integrate each new hire that joins our team.

Haydon is proud to have transitioned to our second generation of leadership with the completion of a 10 year succession plan at the end of 2023, marked by the official shift from Haydon Building Corp to Haydon Companies. Our founding partners created a foundation and reputation that is directly related to our continued growth and success. We look forward to honoring their legacy and are proud to have been entrusted to lead Haydon into the future.
