This project includes a 900,000 SF conversion of a manufacturing plant to mixed-use space including warehouse storage, offices, and retail facilities. The project also involves demolition and upgrade of mechanical and electrical systems, 130 acres of site development, new perimeter site walls, fences, new driveways and bus pads, five retention basins, and landscaping.
