South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors (SEVRAR): This 21,000 SF luxury event and conference center features a ballroom, two conference suites outfitted with state-of-the-art technology, classrooms, administrative space, reception area, courtyard, retail area, breakroom, storage space, restrooms, and parking. In addition to hosting special occasions, it serves as the professional association headquarters of the South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors.
