Arizona Athletic Grounds: Formerly Legacy Sports Complex, this athletic facility provides a variety of playing fields and indoor team sports facilities designed with the latest in athletic technologies. Totaling 324 acres, this private family sports and entertainment complex is a fast-track project that involves the construction of full city arterial roadways within a private development, including water, sewer, roadway, drainage improvements, curb, gutter, sidewalk, traffic signals, and landscaping. Additional key scopes consist of mass earthwork, grading, interior collector roads, sports field construction, and coordination with multiple separate CMAR contracts. The arterial roads require connection to ADOT right-of-way and facilities, including ADOT encroachment permits. The outdoor facilities include the development of a multi-field soccer complex that includes 23 soccer fields, 20 sand volleyball courts, including one stadium court, 40 pickleball courts, six sand soccer fields, eight baseball/softball fields, and a 50-acre special events area. Goodyear Ballpark Infrastructure: This project includes all of the mass site grading, infrastructure, and site improvements for the new Cleveland Indians’ Spring Training Stadium Facility. Features include extensive hardscape and landscape, shade structures, pedestrian walkways and ramps, signage and monumentation, water features, and large sculptural elements. Continuum Business Park Infrastructure: Work for this 58-acre phase includes new sewer, reclaimed water, domestic water, new roadway construction, storm drain, streetlights, mass earthwork, lake excavation, and all dry utilities including SRP power, AT&T fiber, CenturyLink, and Southwest Gas lines. The project also includes a roundabout, concrete work and paving, and landscaping in support of future technology companies leasing space. Copper Sky Regional Park Offsite Improvements: This new 110-acre park includes new roadway construction and improvements to the existing ADOT SR347 with over 15,000 tons of new asphalt, drainage weir structure, and 4,300 SY of concrete channel lining. Onsite project scope includes underground utilities, 400,000 CY of earthwork/mass excavation, and 9,000 LF of water main installation.
