Bell Bank Park Athletic Fields & Infrastructure

Bell Bank Park is the state-of-the-art premier entertainment destination in the Southwest and home to Legacy Sports USA. Haydon’s work included all the outdoor athletic facilities and infrastructure. Features in the 320-acre park include 35 soccer, football and lacrosse fields; 41 pickleball courts and 2,000 seat outdoor stadium; 12 beach volleyball courts and 1,500 seat outdoor stadium; eight baseball and softball fields that are convertible to 16 little league fields; 22 futsal courts; 25 acres of festival space; and a 2.7-acre great lawn. Facility infrastructure includes full city arterial roadways including water, sewer, roadway, drainage improvements, curb, gutter, sidewalk, traffic signals, and landscaping. Additional key scopes consist of mass earthwork, grading, interior collector roads, and coordination with multiple separate CMAR contracts. The arterial roads required connection to ADOT right-of-way and facilities, including ADOT encroachment permits.
