City of Tempe Clark Park Community Center, Pool, and Park Improvements

This project adds significant improvements to the existing Clark Park and Community Center as well as an entirely new aquatic facility. The aquatic facility consists of a new recreational pool, pool deck, and a 1,994 SF auxiliary maintenance building. Improvements also include ramadas, playground, sidewalks, restrooms, parking, site grading and drainage, site circulation, lighting, and electrical and utility improvements.
