This 40,000 SF community center includes city functions such as administrative and public service areas for the Parks, Public Works and Human Services Departments, a senior center, classrooms, gymnasium, complete fitness center, kitchen, office space, restroom facilities and extensive landscaping. It also includes a police substation component that features secure intake, holding cells, gun lockers, report rooms and evidence storage.
