Surprise Farms Park & Veramonte Park Phase II Improvements CMAR

The second phase of the City of Surprise’s park improvements at Surprise Farms Community Park and Veramonte Neighborhood Park includes a new skatepark, splash pads, dog park, playgrounds, basketball court, ramadas, field lighting, site furnishings, landscaping, and parking. These amenities were implemented to enhance the existing parks in the Surprise community.
