The Phase I of this project includes 110,000 SF semi-conductor manufacturing facility and 4,000 SF class 10 clean room. The Phase II of this project includes a semi-conductor manufacturing facility, 21,000 SF central plant, 6,200 SF liquid and gas storage and distribution facility, 15,700 SF support facility and 24,100 SF class 10 clean room. The Phase III of this project includes 24,100 SF technology conversion for semi-conductor manufacturing facility.

These 12 projects include the installation of Delta Cube Fan Walls cooling, new electrical and mechanical equipment to provide power, 225,500 SF build-out of hot aisle containment systems, and 36 MW in existing live data halls.

This project includes the 82,000 SF build-out of an existing data center floor. Project scope includes full height walls, high access flooring throughout, chilled distribution system and rooftop chiller units, CRAH cooling units, DH mission critical electrical distribution system, generators, and electrical POD units.

This project includes construction of an SRP screen wall at the Building 8 existing generator yard. The project also consists of a 10’ high, 300’ long masonry screen wall with gates.

This project includes the 40,000 SF build-out of an existing data center floor. The scope consists of chilled distribution system and roof top chiller units, CRAH cooling units, DH mission critical electrical distribution system, generators, and electrical POD units.

This project includes installation of a CACTUS cooling plant and chilled water lines to provide 13.5 MW worth of cooling. Project scope also includes a new medium voltage switchgear and electrical plant to provide power to the CACTUS plant and 8 power blocks for Interior building power 24MW.

This project involved commissioning of a CACTUS cooling plant, chilled water pump skid, and make up water pump skid to provide 12 MW of cooling. Commissioning for this project also includes a new electrical plant to provide 4MW of power to the CACTUS plant, and 4 power block line ups for Interior building power 8MW.
