Spectrum Ridge at Deer Valley

This project includes four-shell flex office/industrial buildings totaling 200,000 SF with individual tenant improvements completed for Vazza Properties. Buildings are constructed of a combination of tilt-up concrete and masonry exterior walls. The project includes a compete infrastructure and development of a 22-acre site.
