The Village at Prasada Development

Surprise, AZ 2022

This ground-up build-to-suite project located off Loop 303 and Waddell Road includes 28 acres of retail site development for ten separate tenants. Prasada Village will be home to 700,000 SF of shops, a restaurant row, and an entertainment district. Project scope also includes tenant improvements to Sprouts, Ross, Ulta, and Total Wine & More. Vineyard Towne Center Shops

Queen Creek, AZ 2025

The scope of the Vestar Vineyard Phase II Shops project involves constructing Shops D and E at the Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek, AZ. The work includes site preparation, mobilization, building concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection, exterior metal stud framing, EIFS, brick veneer, storefront installation, interior buildout, and site hardscape and landscape work.

Construction of two retail shops buildings with a total of 20,000 SF of retail lease space. Also includes 13 acres of site development work construction including pad prep for major retail tenants.

Queen Creek Marketplace

This 355,720 SF retail development consisted of 19 buildings on 90 acres including building improvements, and full tenant finishes for: PetSmart, OfficeMax, Sport Chalet, Ross, Famous Footwear, Cost Plus World Market, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Shoe Pavilion, and Stein Mart. Including parkway, pathways, lighting, loading docks, wet and dry utility installation, and utility extensions.

Avondale Visitor & Conference Center

Avondale, AZ 2021

This 22,600-square-foot conference center was designed to provide a responsibly funded, sustainably functioning facility that is both aesthetically beautiful and practical. The building houses multiple sectors of the civic community, including economic development, marketing, legal services, and City Council, as well as meeting spaces and a visitor center for public interaction. The ultimate goal of the building is to provide a safe, comfortable space for city staff and residents, as well as a resource to help attract new business to Avondale.​

In February 2022, the Avondale Visitor & Conference Center received the “Best Project, Government/Public Building” award from Engineering News-Record (ENR) magazine, recognizing its excellence in design and functionality.
