Verrado Marketplace is a transformative retail destination supporting the rapid growth of Buckeye, Arizona, and one of the region’s most anticipated commercial developments. Spanning a 49-acre site, the project delivers a dynamic mix of national retailers and modern retail spaces designed to serve an expanding community.

The development includes the construction of multiple retail buildings anchored by Ross, HomeGoods, Marshalls and ULTA, alongside additional multi-tenant shop buildings that create a vibrant, high-traffic shopping environment.

Supporting the vertical construction is an extensive civil infrastructure program built to accommodate long-term growth and operational efficiency. The site includes more than 93,000 square yards of paving, expansive parking and circulation systems, and critical utility infrastructure, including storm drainage, sewer and water systems that enable seamless functionality across the development.

The scope of the Vestar Vineyard Phase II Shops project involves constructing Shops D and E at the Vineyard Towne Center in Queen Creek, AZ. The work includes site preparation, mobilization, building concrete, masonry, structural steel, roofing, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, fire protection, exterior metal stud framing, EIFS, brick veneer, storefront installation, interior buildout, and site hardscape and landscape work.

Construction of two retail shops buildings with a total of 20,000 SF of retail lease space. Also includes 13 acres of site development work construction including pad prep for major retail tenants.

This 355,720 SF retail development consisted of 19 buildings on 90 acres including building improvements, and full tenant finishes for: PetSmart, OfficeMax, Sport Chalet, Ross, Famous Footwear, Cost Plus World Market, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Shoe Pavilion, and Stein Mart. Including parkway, pathways, lighting, loading docks, wet and dry utility installation, and utility extensions.
