Deer Valley Airport Phase 1 Development

Phoenix, AZ 2025

This high-performance aviation project includes eight private, pre-engineered metal hangars, a Ground Services Equipment (GSE) building, a new taxiway intersection with runway extension, and over 207,000 SF of apron work. The new fuel farm facility ensures Sky Harbour tenants are powered up and ready for takeoff. Each of the eight hangars is fully equipped with lounges, kitchens, offices, restrooms, mezzanines, storage space, and even two-car garages—delivering both comfort and convenience. Clad in corrugated metal panels over a CMU base, the structures bring a bold, modern edge to the runway. The GSE building and hangars span approximately 113,844 SF, offering robust functionality to match their striking design.

Arizona Athletic Grounds

Mesa, AZ

Formerly Legacy Sports Complex, this athletic facility provides a variety of playing fields and indoor team sports facilities designed with the latest in athletic technologies. Totaling 324 acres, this private family sports and entertainment complex is a fast-track project that involves the construction of full city arterial roadways within a private development, including water, sewer, roadway, drainage improvements, curb, gutter, sidewalk, traffic signals, and landscaping. Additional key scopes consist of mass earthwork, grading, interior collector roads, sports field construction, and coordination with multiple separate CMAR contracts. The arterial roads require connection to ADOT right-of-way and facilities, including ADOT encroachment permits. The outdoor facilities include the development of a multi-field soccer complex that includes 23 soccer fields, 20 sand volleyball courts, including one stadium court, 40 pickleball courts, six sand soccer fields, eight baseball/softball fields, and a 50-acre special events area. This project also requires coordination with the City of Mesa, ADOT, Legacy Sports LLC, utility providers, and ASLD.

Cavasson Onsite Infrastructure & Crossroads East Drainage Improvements

Scottsdale, AZ 2021

This project delivered major drainage upgrades across the Cavasson Onsite development and the Crossroads East basin. Scope included a concrete‑lined channel, flood walls, energy dissipators, and export of 300,000 CY of basin earthwork. Crews installed dual 60″ storm‑drain pipes and performed jack‑and‑bore casing for sewer, water, and communications lines under tight site constraints.

Working alongside multiple stakeholders—from Nationwide Realty Investors and Grayhawk Development to the City of Scottsdale—the team managed heavy equipment and complex sequencing to keep adjacent residential and commercial areas dry and operational. The new infrastructure now reliably conveys stormwater through a high‑growth corridor, reducing flood risk and supporting future development.
