This high-performance aviation project includes eight private, pre-engineered metal hangars, a Ground Services Equipment (GSE) building, a new taxiway intersection with runway extension, and over 207,000 SF of apron work. The new fuel farm facility ensures Sky Harbour tenants are powered up and ready for takeoff. Each of the eight hangars is fully equipped with lounges, kitchens, offices, restrooms, mezzanines, storage space, and even two-car garages—delivering both comfort and convenience. Clad in corrugated metal panels over a CMU base, the structures bring a bold, modern edge to the runway. The GSE building and hangars span approximately 113,844 SF, offering robust functionality to match their striking design.

This 58,711 SF heavy-duty truck service facility, parts department, showroom and offices. This facility consists of 26 trucking service bays, warehousing space, back-of-house office space, front-of-house sales/retail space, and parts warehousing space with mezzanine, in addition to employee and customer parking canopies along with extensive site work components.

This 24-acre campus project consolidated five municipal departments into one centralized location through a multi-phase approach that required strategic budget management, stakeholder coordination, and phased construction to ensure uninterrupted City operations. TMOC features two large administrative and operations buildings for Traffic, Parks, and Fleet Maintenance, along with two additional facilities for Solid Waste Services and Information Technology. Extensive site grading, utility coordination, and future expansion planning ensured long-term flexibility to accommodate future growth. With complex stakeholder requirements and strict cost controls, TMOC showcases Haydon’s ability to deliver large-scale municipal facilities through proactive leadership, phased execution, and efficient budget management.

The Park Aldea project consists of the construction of four new tilt-up concrete industrial warehouse buildings totaling 356,000 SF with associated site work for the developer Trammell Crow.
