Ottawa University Athletic Facility Ph II
This multi-phase athletic facilities project features a 42,000 SF, three-story building that houses locker rooms, training facilities, coaches’ offices, student support services, a new press box, and entertainment spaces. Complementing the facility are a 30,000 SF gymnasium and a 20,000 SF recreation building, enhancing the campus experience for student-athletes, staff, and the broader community.
NAU Aquatic and Tennis Complex
This project includes the construction of a new 123,165 SF indoor NCAA competitive aquatics and tennis center designed to support collegiate athletics, training, and spectator experiences. The aquatics facility features a 50-meter by 25-yard competition pool with a movable bulkhead, a separate 25-meter by 25-yard diving tank with a 17-foot depth, a three-line 10-meter diving tower, and one-meter and three-meter springboards. Additional aquatic amenities include a warm-up spa, elevated spectator seating, dryland training areas, locker rooms, and program support spaces.
The tennis center includes five indoor practice courts, one indoor exhibition court, and six outdoor courts, along with spectator seating, training facilities, locker rooms, and athlete support spaces. Site improvements also include the development of a multipurpose athletic field, creating a comprehensive destination for NCAA competition, training, and campus recreation.
