Situated on a 10-acre plot, the facility encompasses primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, behavioral health, imaging services, a laboratory, a pharmacy, social determinant of health programs, patient outreach, and administrative offices, and third-party physical therapy organization.

The new Outpatient Campus provides primary and specialty care, imaging, physical and occupational therapy, sleep lab, pharmacy and ambulatory surgery services. The 18-acre campus expansion included a 100,000 SF Medical Office Building, a 16,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center and a 54,000 SF Auxiliary Support Building with associated site work.

Providing 24-hour patient-centered care, 130,000 SF facility provides amenities such as single dwelling units, activity rooms, and common dining areas, a rehabilitation facility, secure Alzheimer’s unit, and outdoor courtyard space.

This 42,000 SF medical office building is being developed by NexCore Group in partnership with Community Health Systems/Northwest Medical Center. Located on a five-acre site, this multi-functional, and multi-use building includes primary care, cardiology, GI/Gen surgery, OB/GYN, Ortho, physical therapy, and 225 parking spaces.

The Foothills Medical Office Building is being developed by MedCraft in partnership with Yuma Regional Medical Center. The two-story, 58,500 SF facility includes physician offices and other clinical, procedural, and diagnostic programs.
