This 46,000 SF, 24-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital connects directly to the Abrazo West Campus through a dedicated pedestrian walkway, creating a smooth continuum of care for patients and providers. The facility is designed to support comprehensive recovery services, including rehabilitation following traumatic injuries, cardiovascular surgery, stroke, and advanced spine care, while complementing the full range of medical services already available at Abrazo West.

Casa Grande Arizona. Situated on a 10-acre plot, the facility encompasses primary care, women’s health, pediatrics, behavioral health, imaging services, a laboratory, a pharmacy, social determinant of health programs, patient outreach, and administrative offices, and third-party physical therapy organization.

Developed by MedCraft in partnership with Yuma Regional Medical Center, this two-story, 58,500 SF medical office building brings a full spectrum of care closer to the Foothills community. The facility houses physician offices along with clinical, procedural, and diagnostic programs, creating a streamlined environment where patients can access comprehensive services under one roof.

This outstanding Outpatient Campus provides primary and specialty care, imaging, physical and occupational therapy, sleep lab, pharmacy, and ambulatory surgery services. The 18-acre campus expansion included a 100,000 SF Medical Office Building, a 16,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center, and a 54,000 SF Auxiliary Support Building with associated site work.

NexCore Group developed this 42,000 SF medical office building in partnership with Community Health Systems/Northwest Medical Center. Located on a five-acre site, this multi-functional, multi-use building features primary care, cardiology, GI/General surgery, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, physical therapy, and 225 parking spaces.

Providing round-the-clock, patient-centered care, this 130,000 SF facility was designed to honor and support Arizona’s veterans with dignity and comfort. The home features private residential units, spacious activity rooms, and welcoming common dining areas, along with a fully equipped rehabilitation center and a secure Alzheimer’s care unit. Thoughtfully integrated outdoor courtyards create space for connection, reflection, and fresh air, completing an environment built to serve those who have served us.
