In 2000, Matt joined Haydon and steadily rose through the ranks, gaining firsthand experience across operations while developing a leadership style rooted in mentorship, accountability, and strategic foresight. Today, as Chief Operating Officer and President, Matt plays a critical role in guiding Haydon’s long-term vision, operational excellence, and culture of continuous improvement.
