Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building Opens, Expanding Access to Care in the West Valley
The Abrazo Health Litchfield Medical Building has officially opened its doors, marking a major milestone for healthcare access in Goodyear and the surrounding West Valley community. Haydon is proud to have partnered on the delivery of this transformative facility, which represents the first combined medical outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation center of its kind in the region.
Located at 1355 N. Litchfield Road within the Palm Valley Shopping Center, the 46,000-square-foot healthcare facility was strategically designed to bring multiple critical services together under one roof. The building integrates inpatient rehabilitation programs alongside specialized outpatient medical offices, creating a seamless environment focused on supporting patients through every stage of recovery. Its proximity to Abrazo West Campus, nearby retail amenities, and direct access to the I-10 freeway ensures convenient and efficient access for patients, families, and providers alike.
This innovative model reflects a growing emphasis on coordinated, patient-centered care. By unifying inpatient and outpatient services in a single location, the facility strengthens care continuity, enhances communication among providers, and improves overall outcomes for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. The project extends Abrazo Health’s existing medical campus while helping meet the increasing healthcare demands of one of Arizona’s fastest-growing communities.

Project partners included Abrazo Health as the healthcare provider, PMB Real Estate Services as developer and property manager, Devenney Group Ltd. as architect, Siemens as financing partner, and Haydon as general contractor.
