With more than 22 years of construction experience and a degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, Haydon has promoted Christian Davis to Vice President of Advanced Markets. Recognizing his leadership in preconstruction and his role in advancing the company’s continued growth in Mission Critical and Advanced Manufacturing.

Over the past six years, Davis has helped shape Haydon’s Building Preconstruction team, leading collaborative planning efforts and supporting the successful pursuit of some of the region’s most technically demanding projects. His experience includes the Edged Mesa 36 MW colocation data center, the NRS Logistics Chemical Facility, and multiple confidential mission critical and advanced manufacturing projects currently in development.

In his new role, Davis will lead strategic growth initiatives across Haydon’s Advanced Markets sector, strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and aligning preconstruction with operations to position complex projects for long-term success. He will also help expand the internal resources, processes, and market strategy needed to support Haydon’s continued growth in these rapidly evolving industries.
